Avery Morris, Program Manager, Forth

Avery Morris is a Program Manager on Forth's Access to Charging team. Avery began her career in social services and is passionate about the role of urban systems in catalyzing progressive change. Prior to Forth she managed multiple public-private partnership programs working closely with businesses, nonprofits, and city government to improve Portland's Central Eastside.

Hannah Morrison, City Planner - New Mobility & Electrification, Portland Bureau of Transportation

Hannah has been a City Planner on the New Mobility & Electrification Team at the Portland Bureau of Transportation since 2021. In addition to leading the policy development and implementation of Citywide EV charging projects, she coordinates electrification projects citywide and engages key stakeholders to advise on projects, pursue opportunities for collaboration, and ensure regional alignment. Hannah also supports the City’s carshare program, the private-for-hire and transportation network company industries, and the e-scooter program. Prior to working for the City of Portland, Hannah was a consultant focusing on climate mitigation and adaptation.

 

David Mason, Chief Operating Officer, BT2 Energy

David Mason is an accomplished professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at BT2 Energy, based in Boston, MA. In his role, David leads the company's EV charging operations division, driving the expansion of EV charging infrastructure through strategic initiatives and key partnerships. With over five years of experience in the EV industry, he has successfully overseen permitting approvals and the procurement of EVSE for more than 200 sites across Massachusetts, ensuring seamless project implementation.


Aditi Desai, Director of Partnerships, Voltpost

Aditi Desai is a founding team member and Director of Partnerships at Voltpost. In her role, Aditi spearheads strategic partnerships across the public and private sector to deploy convenient, accessible, and reliable retrofit lamppost electric vehicle charging. She has supported first-of-its-kind Voltpost lamppost charging projects in NYC and Detroit, alongside establishing partnerships with corporates such as AT&T. Prior to Voltpost, Aditi began her career in financial services at Barclays Investment Bank. Aditi centers equity and environmental justice in her work.
