EVs and Chargers for Underserved Communities

The Affordable Mobility Platform (AMP) aims to provide access to electric vehicles for underserved communities, especially those in affordable housing, to reduce barriers to transportation options and EV adoption.

AMP will deploy 50 shared EVs and level-2 chargers at affordable housing locations and in underserved communities in eight states through the end of 2025.

Primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Energy's Vehicle Technology Office, the AMP Project also receives matching funds from other entities.
