Jeanette Shaw, Policy Director, Forth

Jeanette serves as Forth's Policy Director. She has over 25 years of policy and regulatory experience at for-profit, government, and non-profit entities. She has worked in manufacturing, technology, energy, transportation, light and heavy-duty rail, micro-mobility and transportation electrification.

Jeff Allen, Executive Director, Forth

Jeff has served as Executive Director of Forth since 2011. He is a highly regarded expert on transportation electrification with a passion for bringing diverse stakeholders together, finding creative solutions to vexing challenges and building strong teams. Jeff previously served as Executive Director and organizational development consultant for multiple nonprofit conservation organizations.



Kameale Terry, CEO, Charger Help!

CEO of ChargerHelp, Kameale Terry was born and raised in South Central Los Angeles. The daughter of Belizean immigrants Kameale has always had a focus on environmental sustainability and community engagement. With over a decade of experience in CleanTech, Kameale formed ChargerHelp! with her co-founder Evette Ellis to create a reliable Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure. Previously Kameale worked at EV Connect where she was the Director of Programs for the electric vehicle charging station network provider. In that role, she structured and led teams to execute infrastructure projects in the United States, Australia, and Canada for both commercial and government entities.


Ben Prochazka, Executive Director, Electrification Coalition

Ben Prochazka has been with the Electrification Coalition since 2013, serving as its executive director since 2021. At the EC, he founded and created one of the nation’s first deployment communities in Northern Colorado and replicated it in New York, created the nation’s first electric rental car program in Orlando, led the Smart City Challenge as the lead implementation partner with the USDOT, helped create the nation’s first EV purchasing collaborative, and served as one of the technical leads for the American Cities Climate Challenge.


Lynda Tran, CEO, Lincoln Room Strategies

Lynda Tran is an expert in advocacy and public engagement. Over more than two decades of experience across politics, policy, and communications, Lynda has helped launch national and international initiatives, shaped the narrative around historic moments, and built and scaled groundbreaking organizations. As Senior Advisor to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Director of Public Engagement for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), she helped activate stakeholders to secure passage of the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) — also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law — and played a critical role in shaping the policies and programs that determine how these historic resources are allocated in communities nationwide.


Monica Palmeira, Climate Finance Strategist, The Greenlining Institute

Monica Palmeira (she/her/hers) is Climate Finance Strategist at The Greenlining Institute, where she crafts and advances an ambitious policy agenda focused on advocating for fair, safe, and affordable financial products as well as incentives for investments to support community climate resilience. Prior to joining Greenlining, Monica most recently held positions at the California Public Utilities Commission leading environmental justice initiatives, as well as at the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research – Strategic Growth Council where she spearheaded various outreach and technical assistance programs to support communities in accessing climate-related funding programs.
